If it had taken place in 1950, Ernest Hemingway and Winston Churchill may have been there. If it had been in 1970, you might have received John Lennon and Audrey Hepburn's autograph.

Madness and Arts 2003 is an international festival showcasing talented artists from England, Denmark, Japan, Germany, Cuba, Australia, the United States and Canada.
